Diagnostic for the conservation of bronze statues of the “Cimitero Monumentale”
The research team supports the restorers along all the restoration steps of a series of bronze statues of the “Cimitero Monumentale” of Milan, including: pre-operative diagnosis with non-invasive methods and micro-destructive evaluation of cleaning methods and protection, post-restoration monitoring. The project began in the summer of 2014.
